This wool rug is crafted by handtufting a bottom layer of pile, and then overtufting that layer in a loop with felted (thicker) yarn. The ground layer of pile is a cream wool, with a yarn that is “space-dyed” in three shades of grey woven overtop in with a looped texture. The different weaving styles and uniquely-dyed yarn of this rug create a modern look subtle texture and interest.
